Springfield Estate Phase 2
Springfield Estate is a 16-hectare gated residential estate in George,
nestled at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains and conveniently situated near
the Garden Route Mall, schools, medical facilities and other amenities.
Current Project:
Soshanguve Regional Mall
The second phase of ~55 500m² of the new Soshanguve Regional Mall construction,
a double-tiered retail centre, is progressing well.

The first phase of the Regional Mall, being the ~7500m² Value Centre, opened in April 2024.
